AvexonX provides home delivery across Bangladesh through available courier partners. Delivery time and charge can vary by destination, product type, stock status and courier service.

We accept orders for delivery to supported locations throughout Bangladesh.
Fast Processing
Confirmed orders are prepared for dispatch as quickly as stock and verification allow.

How delivery works
- Place your order. Complete checkout with an accurate name, phone number and delivery address.
- Order verification. We may contact you when confirmation or additional delivery information is required.
- Dispatch. Once packed, the order is handed to an available courier/service partner.
- Delivery. The courier contacts the recipient and completes delivery according to its service process.
Delivery time & shipping charge
Estimated delivery time is not identical for every order. It depends on your location, stock availability, weekends/holidays, weather, high-volume campaigns and the courier network. The applicable shipping charge is shown during checkout or communicated with the order when required.
If an item is temporarily unavailable or a shipment is expected to take longer than normal, we may contact you with an updated estimate.
Cash on delivery
Cash on delivery may be available for eligible orders and locations. Where COD is available, payment is collected at delivery. Please check the parcel’s external condition and confirm that the shipment is addressed to you before accepting it.
Important delivery notes
- Use a reachable phone number and complete address with area, district and helpful landmarks.
- Address changes are easiest before dispatch. After dispatch, rerouting may not be possible.
- If the outer parcel appears seriously damaged, take a photo before acceptance and contact us promptly.
- Repeated failed delivery attempts or an unreachable recipient may result in the parcel being returned.
- Courier delays outside our direct control can occasionally occur; we will assist with available tracking information.
